My stay was absolutely delightful. the jacuzzi in my room was a standout feature, and the breathtaking lake views during breakfast made each morning special. Only downside was no coffee pot in the room. Would definitely choose this place again!

The overall condition of the room was basic, with broken plug sockets and a lack of toiletries like shampoo, which was unexpected. Additionally, there were marks on the walls that suggested a lack of thorough cleaning, which left us feeling uncomfortable during our stay.

Positive, The hotel is a beautiful and relaxed place with fine lake views. My room was perfect, complete with a patio. The pool area was amazing, and the breakfast offered was the best I've ever had. Totally planning on coming back! 😊

the hotel is nice, but the basic room had no shampoo and broken sockets, quite a letdown for a 4-star. also, the spa was an extra charge, what a surprise! i expected a courtesy upgrade or at least a warm welcome for my troubles, but nada. almost worthy of a good review, but just couldn't.

We stayed for 4 nights and felt right at home! The staff was super friendly and made us feel like family. Loved enjoying breakfast with a view at the poolside snack bar. The only thing was the Wi-Fi could be a little unreliable at times. Overall, a fantastic spot to relax and unwind with the kids!

This place was just a proper fit for exploring Sirmione with good value for cost. The swimming pool area was nice and relaxing after a day out. Make sure to check the Wi-Fi before you need it.
